Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

It has been hand-inspected and setup with any significant playwear listed below in detail. The instrument includes its full factory warranty and original case.*

As the newest member of the 15 Series, the Martin 000-15E is an acoustic-electric guitar that feels like it's been a part of your musical journey for decades, right from the first strum. Featuring an exquisite satin-finished body, it delivers more than just looks. Its mahogany top produces a warm, woody tone with a pronounced midrange, complemented by sapele back and sides for some added punch with bright and airy trebles. The 000-15E boasts a comfortable Auditorium body size and scalloped spruce bracing for balanced tone and enhanced projection. Equipped with Martin E1 electronics, it includes a chromatic tuner and volume, tone, and phase controls, making it ready for the stage or studio. With its traditional all-solid wood construction and exceptional tone and playability, the 000-15E will inspire players at any level.
