Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

This limited-edition version of their flagship Grand Auditorium sports a solid Sitka spruce top matched with back and sides of beautiful cocobolo, a dense Mexican hardwood with striking coloration that complements its clear top end and sparkling mids—a mix that's especially ideal for fingerstyle arrangements or flatpicked leads. Inside, scalloped V-Class bracing coaxes out more presence in the bass range while improving volume and sustain, while the NT Neck offers remarkably easy string height adjustments. Add in the adaptable, intuitive Claria electronics and radius-style armrest and the result is an exceptionally player-friendly experience sure to inspire your creativity. Visual details include Element shell fretboard inlays, maple binding, an abalone rosette, a rosewood pickguard, and a glossy finish with a shaded edgeburst for the back and sides.
