Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

Gator’s Economy Hard‐Shell Wood Series cases provide superb protection. The lightweight design makes it an ideal option for daily storage and traveling to local gigs. The series is built from heavy‐duty plywood wrapped in a rugged Tolex PVC plastic providing a safe, water-resistant home for your guitar. The plush fabric interior lining cushions the guitar from bumps and bruises, holding it steady during transport. Storage for strings, picks, capos, and accessories will not be an issue with the interior storage compartment built into the interior neck support area. Chrome plated lockable latches keep your acoustic guitar safe and sound while the comfortable ergonomic handle makes it easy to grab and go.
