Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

A mix of super cleans and high gains in an easy to control 4 knob layout.
Imagine a Tweed Bassman / Marshall Plexi mashup style circuit that takes the best of both legendary amps and distills them into a single-channel, single-input 1x12” 30 Watt powerhouse. Entire amp constructed completely by hand and hand wired in Los Angeles CA

- Full dual triode tube now dedicated to the split tail phase inversion.
- Dual triode phase inversion allows bigger, louder, bolder clean tones.
- Think 5E3 1/2 triode phase inversion (old MKI & II Versions) compared to Tweed Bassman phase inversion (MKIII)
- Negative feedback loop.
- Negative feedback loop controlled presence for tailoring in high frequencies and adding hi end crunch.
