We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Ahead of its time when it debuted in 1982, the VB-2 Vibrato has been rediscovered by modern players looking to create unique guitar textures with stompbox effects. Thanks to its expressive, one-of-a-kind sound, this rare pedal has gone on to become one of the most valuable BOSS effects in the vintage market. Now, the progressive spirit of the VB-2 has been reborn as the Waza Craft VB-2W. Using all-analog circuitry, the VB-2W authentically reproduces the true pitch-shifted vibrato of the original pedal, and also adds an innovative new vibrato mode and real-time control function for enhanced expression.
