Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

What are “B-Stock” models?
These are new instruments that may have a small cosmetic blemish, which does not affect their playability or tone. While blemishes will vary, these instruments still retain their manufacturer's warranty. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All “B-Stock” models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.
The Premier Mini DC XT offers high-end upgrades to the fleet-footed standard Premier Mini DC. Featuring vintage-inspired finished on figured flame maple, the Mini DC XT is a statement piece. USA-made Seymour Duncan Hot-Rodded Humbuckers serve up rich, vintage-inspired tones—an SH-2n in the neck for wooly warmth and SH-4b JB in the bridge for snappier, hotter tones. Clocking in at 14-inches wide, the Premier Mini DC XT is built for players looking for an instrument that is easy to wield yet makes no sacrifices in tone.
Note: After close inspection, this instrument has a some scratches on the body, a small blemish on the headstock, and small blemish in the body binding and by the nut in the neck binding. (See Pics)
