Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

Champion II delivers world-renowned Fender clean and overdrive tones plus an assortment of British and modern distortion flavors. From jazz to country, blues to metal, it’s easy to dial up the right sound. There’s also a built-in effects selection including reverb, delay/echo, chorus, tremolo, Vibratone and more. Delay times and tremolo speeds can easily be set with the TAP button to match song tempos.
Other features include auxiliary input for easy connection to external devices, headphone output for private practice, rear-panel USB port and more.
