Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The 22-watt '65 Deluxe Reverb® amp is for rock, country or blues players who want a moderately powered amp they can crank up at the gig or in the studio. The full, snappy guitar tones heard on many famous recordings from Memphis to Abbey Road were made using the Deluxe™ amp. Features include dual 6V6 Groove Tubes® output tubes, one 5AR4 rectifier tube, four 12AX7 preamp tubes, two 12AT7 tubes, one 12" 8-ohm Jensen® C-12K speaker, dual channels (normal and vibrato), tube-driven Fender® reverb, tube vibrato, two-button footswitch for reverb and vibrato on-off, black textured vinyl covering and silver grille cloth.
