Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

This limited-edition cutaway Grand Auditorium 214ce DLX LTD features layered Big Leaf maple back and sides and a solid Lutz spruce top, in a two-tone color treatment of black and trans blue. The versatile GA shape serves up full-range, punchy tone with a high volume ceiling. The striking visual aesthetic combines black back, sides and neck, a trans blue top, a full-gloss body and satin-finish neck. Other standout appointments include white binding with black/white/black top purfling; a single-ring rosette in Italian acrylic and matching Small Diamond fretboard inlays; a black pickguard; and satin black tuners. It includes ES2 electronics.
