Originally introduced as the Gibson Electric Spanish Series, the "ES" has become a mainstay and legend in the history of music. The ES-125 was introduced in 1941 as Gibson's entry-level archtop.

This 1958 ES-125 is in great condition for its age with typical wear expected from a 68 year old guitar. It has general finish wear, finish checking, scratches, scuffs, chips, and impressions throughout. This guitar is all original outside of the bridge thumb wheels and nut shim, and is missing the original end pin. It is currently strung with flatwound strings. It has very light fretwear with plenty of playing life left. We will dial it in to make sure its ready for the studio, the stage, or solely as a collection piece.
