Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The ESP Custom Shop represents their highest level of hand-made quality. A custom ESP can be anything from a personalized version of an existing ESP model, or a completely new and totally unique instrument that represents the guitar or bass of your dreams. The luthiers in the ESP Custom Shop are among the finest in the world, with a passion for detail that blends the highest performance with the best artistic craftsmanship in musical instrument design.
This masterly crafted Japanese custom Viper features a natural gloss finished mahogany body with a maple top. The "U" shaped mahogany set-neck sports a rosewood fingerboard with mother of inlays, 22 Jescar stainless steel frets, 43mm bone nut, and white pearloid headstock and neck binding. Gold hardware rounds out the guitar's premium looks with a TonePros T3BT/T1Z bridge and tailpiece and Gotoh SG301-04 MG-T locking tuners. The passive electronics are powered by Seymour Duncan Whole Lotta Humbucker pickups in both the neck and bridge position. The controls are master volume and tone, a 3-way switch, and a Switch Craft output jack.
Our Custom Shop authorized technicians complete a full professional factory-spec setup and inspection before shipping or in-store pickup, ensuring an extraordinary playing experience!
