We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The V-II FR USA is handcrafted by the expert luthiers in our ESP USA shop in Southern California, and you won’t find a more high-quality, well-equipped V-style guitar from any manufacturer at any price.
This guitar takes the aggressive offset V shape to an entire new level of quality and playability. Built with neck-thru-body construction for the ultimate in stability and sustain, it offers an extra-thin U-shaped three-piece maple neck with mahogany body wings. The V-II FR USA includes an ebony fingerboard with offset abalone dot inlays and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. Its top-tier components include a Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo, Gotoh Magnum Lock tuners, and Dunlop Straplok buttons. ESP offers the V-II FR USA in a variety of exciting solid-color finishes, pickups, and hardware so you can personalize this guitar to meet your own aesthetic.
