Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

What is a “Factory Demonstration Model”?
This is a nearly new guitar that has been used only to demonstrate its performance by an ESP sales rep and is offered for sale at a discounted price. The guitar's specific condition will be described in the listing and any marks will be noted. We complete a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping. It should also be mentioned that a “Demonstration Model” comes with ESP's Factory Warranty.
If you’re looking for a value-packed guitar that will deliver much more than you expect for its modest price, the obvious answer is the LTD EC-256. A classic single-cutaway shape that's excellent for all musical styles and genres, the EC-256 is available in multiple finishes and offers features that you normally associate with high-end guitars, like binding on the body, neck, and headstock, and reliable set-neck construction. The EC-256 also features a mahogany body, a comfortable three-piece thin U-shaped mahogany neck, and a roasted jatoba fingerboard with ESP flag inlays and 22 extra-jumbo frets. This guitar features a set of acclaimed ESP LH-150 humbucking pickups in the bridge and neck positions, now offered with new great-looking matte black covers and providing punchy, great tone for all genres of music. You also get the flexibility of single-coil tones controlled by a push-pull switch on the tone knob.
Note: After close inspection, this instrument has a scuff/blemish on the headstock. (See pics)
