We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

What is a “Factory Demonstration Model”?
This is a nearly new guitar that has been used only to demonstrate its performance by an ESP sales rep and is offered for sale at a discounted price. The guitar's specific condition will be described in the listing and any marks will be noted. We complete a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping. It should also be mentioned that a “Demonstration Model” comes with ESP's Factory Warranty.
The LTD EC-256 takes many of the coolest aspects of our higher-end EC Series models, and offers them to you in a super-affordable guitar that's ready to rock. A classic shape that's excellent for all musical styles and genres, the EC-256 looks amazing with multiple binding on the body and headstock like you expect from high-quality guitars. Playing the EC-256 is also a dream come true, with set-neck construction for fast and easy access to the highest frets. The EC-256 also features a mahogany body, a comfortable and fast three-piece thin U-shaped mahogany neck, and a roasted jatoba fingerboard with flag inlays and 22 extra-jumbo frets. This guitar features acclaimed ESP Designed LH-150 humbucking pickups that offer great tone for all genres of music, and the tone flexibility of coil-splitting controlled by a push-pull switch on the tone knob.
Note: After close inspection, this instrument has scuffs on the horn and headstock binding, and it also has impressions on the back of the body. (See pics)
