Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Stand out from the crowd with the 1966 Stratocaster® SH Heavy Relic® from the Fender Custom Shop. This stunning electric guitar features a 2-piece select ash body with offset seam complete with realistic heavy relicing that lends vintage mojo and road-worn appeal. The quartersawn maple neck has a 1966 Oval "C"-shaped profile and is topped with a smooth 3A rosewood fingerboard outfitted with 21 Jescar Vintage frets for supreme playability.
Equipped with a Seymour Duncan® '59™ SH-1B neck pickup and a Custom Shop Hand-Wound Original Blackguard single-coil Tele® bridge pickup, this axe delivers classic Fender tone with a bit of an edge. The 3-position blade pickup switch allows you to go from glassy neck tones to biting bridge sounds and everything in between.
Other premium features include 9.5" to 12" Compound Radius, Dual Stack HS Tele® Wiring, 3-Way Switch, 3-Saddle Custom "Cut-Off" Vintage-Style Tele® Bridge with Brass Saddles, Vintage-Style Tuning Machines with Fender® Logo, Bone Nut, American Vintage '65 String Tree, Deluxe Hardshell Case, Strap, and Certificate of Authenticity.
