Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Embodying classic Tele® twang and modern player-preferred features, the Limited Edition Telecaster® Custom Super Heavy Relic® from the Fender Custom Shop combines vintage vibe with contemporary tone and feel. The super heavy relic lacquer finish on the 2-piece select alder body displays extensive wear and aging for a road-worn appearance. The quartersawn maple neck has a '60s Oval "C"-shaped profile and is topped with a quartersawn maple fingerboard featuring 21 narrow tall frets.
Equipped with a Wide-Range CuNiFe® humbucking neck pickup and a Custom Shop Hand-Wound '50/'51 Blackguard bridge pickup, this Tele serves up thick, warm neck tones and sparkling bridge bite. The 3-way pickup selector provides versatile tonal options, while the knurled chrome knobs allow you to dial in your perfect sound. Other premium features include a 9.5" (241 mm) Radius, ’72 Tele® Custom Wiring, 1-Ply Black Phenolic Pickguard, '67 Telecaster® Bridge with RSD Saddles, Vintage “F” Style Tuning Machines, Bone Nut, American Vintage '65 String Tree, Deluxe Hardshell Case, Strap, Certificate of Authenticity.
