Built by Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilder Andy Hicks' "The Haunted Strat" features a custom skull artwork with a black and red blood splatter pattern Journeyman Relic finish over a reclaimed American Chestnut body. The neck is made from AAA flame maple with a 60s Style Oval "C" shape, AAA rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, a bone nut, and 21 Narrow Tall frets. The hardware consists of an American Vintage Strat bridge, vintage-style tuning machines, an American Vintage 59-64 metal spacer string tree, and a red anodized pickguard and back plate. The electronics feature Custom Shop Hand Wound Josefina 62/63 Strat pickups and modern wiring with a 5-way switch. It comes with a deluxe hardshell case.
