Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

What are “Open Box” models?
These are instruments that have been opened and/or repackaged or have been returned. In most cases, they are in Like New condition showing very little wear if any. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All “Open Box” models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

Epiphone’s Les Paul™ Modern Figured from the Inspired by Gibson™ Collection brings a new look and sound to the world's greatest electric guitar. Featuring a weight-relieved mahogany body with a maple top with a beautifully figured AAA maple veneer and ProBucker™ pickups with coil-splitting, phase switching, and a treble bleed circuit. Plus, Grover® Locking Rotomatic® tuners with Tulip buttons and an 18:1 ratio, Graph Tech® nut, and an ebony fingerboard. A premium gig bag is also included.
Note: After close inspection, this instrument has a crack in the fingerboard on the 10th and 11th fret. (See pics)
