Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

The GS Mini-e Koa Plus boasts a solid Hawaiian koa top with layered koa back and sides, serving up a vibrant, punchy tone with plenty of power despite its compact size. The Taylor neck adds another dimension of playing comfort with easy fretting for players of all skill levels, making it a great choice for virtually any musical scenario. An alluring matte finish treatment draws out koa's visual character, and ES2 electronics provide quick plug-and-play utility in amplified situations. The GS Mini-e Koa Plus ships with a durable AeroCase that's one-third the weight of a hardshell case.
