Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The newly reimagined Epiphone Prophecy collection features iconic Inspired by Gibson™ body shapes with a modern twist for players seeking to break tradition and set new standards in speed, sound, and technique. Front-and-center is a pair of custom-voiced Fishman Fluence® pickups that deliver three distinct tones - a warm "Patent Applied For" vintage humbucker™, a hot modern active humbucker sound, and a shimmering, optimized single-coil sound, all accessed by push/pull volume and tone pots. The Les Paul™ Prophecy also includes Grover® locking Rotomatic® tuners, Epiphone's LockTone™ Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and tailpiece for added sustain, a Graph Tech® NuBone® nut that boosts harmonic content and increases tuning stability, custom binding, ebony fretboard, jumbo frets, PosiLok strap buttons, ultra-modern weight relief, and an asymmetrical SlimTaper™ neck for comfort and speed. A premium gig bag is included.
