Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The 00-18 Joe Bonamassa marks Martin’s second collaboration with the blues-rock superstar, inspired by his prized pre-war 1937 00-18. Its solid spruce top features a custom sunburst that replicates the visual wear of Joe’s original instrument—capturing the look of a well played vintage classic while delivering modern reliability. Paired with genuine mahogany back and sides, it offers warm bass, punchy midrange, and articulate treble response in a comfortable 00 body size that’s ideal for blues, folk, and fingerstyle playing. Golden Era scalloped X-bracing enhances vintage-inspired resonance and sustain, while details like faux tortoise binding and a GE Modified Low Oval neck with standard taper provide a familiar feel rooted in pre-war tradition. Built to capture the spirit of one of Joe’s most treasured Martins, it’s a blues-ready 00 that invites you to dig in and make it your own.
