We are excited to offer the just released 2025 Martin 17 Series. These models harken back to the all Mahogany models of the 30s and 40s, providing the sweet, lush and rich tones that players love.

As part of the newly refreshed Standard series, the 17 series models include Golden Era Top Braces, the Authentic Fingerboard Thickness (thinner) with gently beveled comfort edge, sleeker vintage-style heel, Golden Era Modern Belly Bridge with Bone Bridge Pins and the Nut is placed on the angle of the headstock.

The new D-17 provides classic Martin tone with the incredibly high-quality design of the Standard Series.  The all-solid Mahogany design offers the most lush and sweet Martin tones with a full bottom-end and highs that are full of character.  

Players will immediately notice the quick responding top that allows for tones to be drawn out of the instrument with ease.  The dreadnought body offers a percussive bass response that will fill out your sound while still blending smoothly to the sparkling top-end trebles that are full of depth and no shrill.

Strummers will love the compressed woodsy tones and pickers will love the depth and character of each note.  The D-17 fits easily into any elite collection.
