Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

Gibson Custom Shop is the pinnacle of craftsmanship, quality, and sound excellence with each instrument celebrating Gibson's legacy.
The Gibson Custom Shop's limited run of Dealer Select Greatest Hits guitars are a combination of new concepts and recreating classic sought after Gibson Custom Shop guitars built with unique designs.
This unique SG Custom features a Silver Fox finish over it's mahogany body and neck. The neck is a 1959 Authentic Medium/'64 SG Standard profile, cream binding, a rosewood fingerboard, Jescar medium jumbo frets, tortoise shell side dots, aged cellulose trapezoid inlays, and nylon nut. Rounding out the instrument is nickel hardware, Kluson Deluxe SD90 tuners, ABR-1 bridge and maestro vibrola, '64 SG Standard white pickguard, and black top hat knobs with silver inserts. The pickups are covered aged unpotted Custom Buckers.
