Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

The legacy of Gibson’s “King of the Flat-Tops” lives on in the SJ-200 Standard. From its inaugural appearance in 1937, Gibson’s SJ-200 set an unmatched standard. The SJ-200 continues a legacy of the world’s most famous acoustic guitar, and certainly one of the most popular. The body features gorgeous flame maple and is finished in your choice of Wine Red or Autumnburst. It comes equipped with gold Grover® Rotomatic® tuners, a TUSQ® nut, saddle, and bridge pins, and it is stage and studio-ready with an internal LR Baggs™ Anthem mic/pickup system. A Gibson hardshell case is included.
