- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

Offering complex tones and dynamic response, players will immediately notice their ability to sweep between clean tones that offer a unique maturity to snarling tones that handle plenty of gain while staying articulate. We even included a Full Blender wiring scheme to allow for the most diverse array of tonal choices!
The pickups have been expertly matched with a Roasted Alder Body and Roasted Maple Neck, AAA Rosewood Compound Radius Fretboard, 60’s Style Oval “C” Neck Shape to offer the finest sonic and playing experience on Earth!
