Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

With classic Telecaster® guitar styling and cutting-edge modifications, the John 5 HB Telecaster is a modern-day monster. Features include custom three-on-a-side headstock bolted to a black double-bound premium ash body with shaved maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, Fender® USA Enforcer™ humbucking bridge pickup and Fender Custom Shop Twisted Tele® neck pickup with master volume and tone control.
