Used Spector Custom Shop NS-2 Kelly's Relic (2025) - Black/Sunburst #2066 with Original Hard Case

This Spector Custom Shop NS-2 Kelly's Relic is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light play wear. This is a used instrument, so it may have minor finish scratching and minor playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

This Spector Custom Shop NS-2 Kelly's Relic is based off Goldfinger and Buckcherry bassist Kelly LeMieux's signature NS-2. Made in Woodstock, New York it features beautifully figured tonewoods, a black over sunburst relic nitrocellulose laquer finish, and an active preamp for modern tone shaping capabilities.

The 3-piece maple neck through design transfers the string vibrations throughout the entire instrument for tremendous sustain and tone. It sports a Pau Ferro fingerboard with mother of pearl crown inlays, 24 frets, 34" scale, and a brass nut. The headstock is topped off with an Ebony overlay also featuring a mother of pearl logo inlay.

First created in 1977, the NS body shape curves in the middle of the back and fits comfortably against the body. The body wings are made of curly maple with bookmatched flame maple top and back. The Aguilar Super Single pickup set has a tight aggressive tone perfect for rock and metal, and with the Aguilar OBP-3 active preamp allows this bass to have an expanded tonal range anything you can throw at it. 

Rounding out the instrument is chrome Spector Gotoh tuners, Dunlop Straplocks, and a lightweight aluminum Spector bridge. The bass comes with a TSA approved hardshell flight case for protection.
