Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

This ESP M-II FR USA is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light play wear. This is a used instrument, so it may have minor finish scratching and minor playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

The M-II FR USA takes one of the most acclaimed ESP guitar configurations — a two-pickup flat-topped M Shape with a Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo — and offers it in an outstanding finish. Handcrafted by the expert luthiers at the ESP USA shop in Southern California, the M-II FR USA is 100% ready to shred with sturdy bolt-on construction at 25.5” scale, a mahogany body, a quartersawn maple neck, an ebony fingerboard with abalone dot position marker inlays and 24 extra-jumbo Jescar stainless steel frets, and a natural maple headstock.
Top-of-the-line components offered on the M-II FR USA include a Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo bridge, Gotoh Magnum Lock tuners, Dunlop Straplock buttons, and EMG pickups.
The M-II FR USA includes a custom ESP USA form-fitting hardshell case, and an official Certificate of Authenticity from ESP.

For this item, returns accepted within 3 days of receiving merchandise. For any returns other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods, the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. Empire Music reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
