Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.
Description
This Guild Bluesbird is in VERY GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in very good shape but does show wear/blemishes in places. See below for a detailed description. It has been thoroughly inspected, set up nicely and guaranteed to play great when it arrives.

TOP: Heavy finish scratching throughout; Dimples/chips near pickguard area, 3 below bridge; Pickguard hole visible.
BACK: Heavy finish scratching throughout; Dimples/chips lower bout low E string side.
SIDE(S): Dimples/chips high E string side of body; Pickguard holes visible.
NECK: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
NECK POCKET: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
FINGERBOARD: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
FRETS: Little to no visible wear. No grooves or divots.
HEADSTOCK: Chip on top of headstock.
HARDWARE: Intact and working properly; bottom strap button looks like a replacement.
PICKGUARD: Has some pick scratching, inside case pocket.
PICKUP(S): Intact and working properly.
ELECTRONICS: Intact and working properly.
For this item, returns accepted within 3 days of receiving merchandise. For any returns other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods, the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. Empire Music reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
