Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

This Hiwatt 1982 DR504 Custom 50 is in GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in good shape but does show a heavy amount of wear/blemishes. This is a used item, so it will have scratching and wear.

Capture the definitive British "big clean" sound with this 1982 Hiwatt DR504 Custom 50. This as an early Biacrown model, produced shortly after the legendary Hylight era and maintaining the same world-class hand-wired construction that defined the brand.
This DR504 is the ultimate high-headroom pedal platform. While other 50W amps break up early, this Hiwatt stays punchy and crystalline at stadium volumes, providing a massive canvas for your effects. It features the sought-after 2-input design and original Partridge transformers, which contribute to its famous harmonic depth and 3D sonic character.
Note: After close inspection, this amp has all original parts except for the capacitors which were replaced by a professional. It shows considerable wear throughout. (See pics)
