- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

This Martin BC-16E is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light play wear. See below for a detailed description. It has been thoroughly inspected, set up nicely and guaranteed to play great when it arrives.

Handcrafted in our Nazareth factory, this full-scale bass boasts a resonant spruce top paired with East Indian rosewood back and sides that offer a well-balanced tone for all playing styles. Its Grand Auditorium body size provides plenty of projection, while a cutaway gives you even more room to thump those high notes with ease.
