Used Martin DSS-17 (2019) - Black Smoke #95112 with Original Gig Bag

This Martin DSS-17 is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light play wear. This is a used instrument, so it may have minor finish scratching and minor playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

The DSS-17 Whiskey Sunset pairs vintage style with a warm, powerful voice in a slope-shoulder Dreadnought that’s built to stand out. Crafted with a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides, it delivers a bold, boomy low end with reduced high-end frequencies for a sound that’s rich, round, and beautifully balanced. The slope-shoulder body takes the iconic Dreadnought shape and softens it with elegant curves and a narrower waist, making it both visually striking and sonically warm. Scalloped X-bracing adds dynamic response, while the 25.4" scale length brings clarity and sustain. The 1 3/4" nut width and Modified Low Oval neck profile offer a smooth, comfortable playing experience. Finished in black satin with antique white binding. The East Indian rosewood fingerboard features 1955 Style 18 mother-of-pearl inlays, and aged nickel tuners complete the vintage aesthetic.
