Vintage '85-'86 Fender Made in Japan Telecaster TL69-115 #18655 with Hard Case

This Fender TL69-115 is in VERY GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in very good shape but does show wear/blemishes in places. This is a used instrument, so it will have finish scratching and playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

This mid '80s Made in Japan Rosewood Telecaster is in great vintage condition for its age. Built in the legendary Fujigen factory and boasting premium craftsmanship, it features a chambered rosewood/maple/rosewood body, rosewood neck and fingerboard, maple skunkstripe, vintage Kluson style tuners, chrome hardware, and vintage Fender red bobbin USA single-coil pickups. The instrument's hardware and electronics are mostly original with the exception of the tone pot (original in the case), switch-tip, and potentially the output jack. The bone nut was replaced after being re-fretted at some point in this guitar's lifetime. Due to the re-fret there is little to no fretwear.

A Telecaster made entirely of rosewood, released between 1969 and 1972. There is no electric guitar design that uses wood materials more gracefully, elegantly, and flexibly. While its sound is deeply influenced by the Tele, it possesses a unique character. The sense of quality, starting with Fender's craftsmanship, is evident throughout the instrument.

Note: After close inspection, this instrument has aging, playwear, scratching, impressions, and chipping throughout. Guitar shows both play wear on the fingerboard and slight finish wear around some of the frets due to the re-fret. Original ashtray pickup cover and tone pot included in the case. (See pics)
