This Fender American Standard Stratocaster is in VERY GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in very good shape but does show wear/blemishes in places. See below for a detailed description. It has been thoroughly inspected, set up nicely and guaranteed to play great when it arrives.

TOP: Finish scratching throughout; Dimples along lower bout below low E string side of bridge and along high E string edge; Light scuffs/chips on both horns; Dimple above pickguard low E string side; Scuff below pickguard high E string side.

BACK: Finish scratching throughout; Two dimples below back plate.

SIDE(S): Light chip on high E string side of body.

NECK: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.

NECK POCKET: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.

FINGERBOARD: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.

FRETS: Little to no visible wear. No grooves or divots.

HEADSTOCK: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.

HARDWARE: Intact and working properly.

PICKGUARD: Has pick scratching.

BACK COVER(S): Has scratches.

PICKUP(S): Intact and working properly.

ELECTRONICS: Intact and working properly.

This 1980s Fender American Standard Stratocaster is a solid example of Fender's quality and the legendary tone musicians have grown to love over the decades.

We are unsure of the model year due to Fender utilizing the E4 serial number from 1984-1988 during the transition away from CBS ownership.
