Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

Description
This Marshall DSL20HR is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light wear. This is a used item, so it may have minor scratching and minor wear.

The Marshall DSL20HR is a 20-watt, all-tube workhorse that delivers the legendary Marshall tone in a compact, portable format. Powered by three ECC83 preamp tubes and two EL34 power tubes, this head provides the rich harmonics and dynamic response characteristic of larger Marshall stacks but at a more manageable volume.
It features two distinct, footswitchable channels which range from glassy cleans to vintage crunch, and modern, high-gain saturation perfect for rock and metal. A shared 3-band EQ is enhanced by specialized Presence and Resonance controls, allowing you to fine-tune your sound.
A standout feature is the adjustable power level, which allows you to drop the output from 20 watts down to 10 watts without sacrificing tube saturation, ideal for home practice or recording without waking the neighbors. It also includes a Softube speaker-emulated output, which accurately mimics the sound of a Marshall 1960 cabinet for direct recording or silent practice.
