Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The Gibson Hummingbird™ is legendary for its versatility; it is equally at home strumming first-position chords and delivering soaring lead lines. Gibson is pleased to release a new version of the Hummingbird Standard with rosewood back and sides that has all of the playing and sonic characteristics you’d expect from the world-renowned square-shouldered acoustic but with slightly fuller bass response and overtone complexity due to the rosewood body. The Hummingbird Standard’s mahogany neck has a comfortable rounded profile and mother-of-pearl parallelogram inlays. Also available as left-handed models, these ‘birds have a TUSQ® nut, saddle, and bridge pins, gold Grover® Rotomatic® tuners, the iconic Hummingbird graphics on the pickguards, and are equipped with L.R. Baggs™ VTC electronics, so they’re ready to plug in on stage or in the studio. A Gibson hardshell case is included.
