Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Built on the comfortable, versatile foundation of Taylor's Grand Auditorium body shape, this 300 Series 12-string acoustic-electric guitar serves up a rich octave voice that adapts beautifully across styles and genres. Back and sides of solid sapele paired with a Sitka spruce top yield a bold midrange character with minimal overtones, maintaining clarity along with the double-course sound while V-Class bracing adds more volume, longer sustain and improved harmony all the way up the neck. Players are sure to appreciate the slender, easy-playing neck, which offers relaxed fretting across the entire tonal spectrum. This model features sleek black binding, a Venetian cutaway, Gemstone fretboard inlays, a firestripe pickguard and a gloss-finished top with a satin finish for the back and sides.
Note: After close inspection, this instrument has a scuff on the low E string side. (See pics)
