Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Premium tonewoods, distinctive visual features and comfort-enhancing refinements add up to an heirloom-quality instrument in the Custom Builder's Edition 914ce. This Grand Auditorium guitar boasts beautifully variegated Macassar ebony back and sides in a four-piece Simons wedge configuration paired with an Sinker redwood top and V-Class bracing, yielding a warm, rich low-end character complemented by articulate trebles and a slight scoop in the midrange. The result is an adaptable response that caters to each player's unique touch, all with exceptional power and volume to fill any space. Gotoh 510 antique gold tuning machines, chamfered body edges, and beveled armrest and cutaway provide a seamless playing experience, while paua Belle Fleur inlays and rosette, black/koa/paua edge trim, a Kona Edgeburst for the back and sides, a heel burst treatment, and a shaded edgeburst top with a full-body gloss finish complete the visual package.
