We've partnered with Powers Electric to offer a custom wood selection experience as part of our Taylor Takeover event.  For a VERY limited time, hand-select a premium figured or quilted maple top for your custom A-Type Select build.  Empire Music is covering the $200 handpicked top fee—your custom build starts with the wood you choose!

This wood is available to select in-store or online until June 24. 

How it works:

  1. Choose your top.  Browse our exclusive collection of hand-selected figured maple tops.
  2. Reserve your spot.  Add your top to the cart and checkout.  The $500 deposit will secure your maple top and build spot.  This $500 deposit goes toward the total cost of your custom build.
  3. Finalize your build.  Empire Music will contact you to spec your custom A-Type Select and submit your build to Powers Electric.  
  4. Final price.  The final price will range from $4299 to $4999.  Feel free to call with pricing questions.  Here's a general pricing breakdown for A-Type Select builds:
Figured Maple with Standard Finish $4299 (Quilted Maple add $200)
Figured Maple with Premium Finish $4499 (Quilted Maple add $200)
Figured Maple with Custom or Ghost Flame Finish $4999 (Quilted Maple add $200)

 

Local customers are encouraged to come in during our Taylor Takeover Event on June 24 from 3-8 pm.  Factory reps from Powers Electrics will be on hand to answer questions, demo gear, and show off unique prototype Powers Electric models.
