Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

ESP Custom Shop M-II FR, Ebony Fingerboard, See-Thru Charcoal Burst
~This unique ESP Custom Shop guitar was selected for display at the 2026 NAMM Show. The guitar pictured is the exact instrument you will receive~
The ESP Custom Shop represents their highest level of hand-made quality. A custom ESP can be anything from a personalized version of an existing ESP model, or a completely new and totally unique instrument that represents the guitar or bass of your dreams. The luthiers in the ESP Custom Shop are among the finest in the world, with a passion for detail that blends the highest performance with the best artistic craftsmanship in musical instrument design.
This masterly crafted Japanese custom M-II features a highly figured flame maple top that peaks through the binding on top of the black finished mahogany body. The "Thin-U" shaped maple set-thru neck sports an ebony fingerboard, and 24 DHP-28HFS frets. The guitar's tuning will remain rock solid with a black nickel Floyd Rose, locking nut, and Gotoh SG360-07 MG-T locking tuners. The electronics are powered by an active EMG 57TW in the bridge and an EMG 66TW in the neck position.
