Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

With striking finishes and contemporary features, the American Custom Stratocaster® NOS is not only beautiful, but it represents the best in player-friendly specifications and Fender style. Meticulously crafted with a two-piece select ash body, 2A roasted birdseye maple neck and flat-laminated rosewood fingerboard—finished in NOS lacquer—this Strat® is the quintessential modern-facing Custom Shop instrument.
From Custom Shop hand-wound Fat '64 pickups to Vintage Mod Wiring #2 and Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo, every detail of this guitar was chosen to highlight its tonal qualities and enhance its performance. An Aged Amber Natural finish is paired with a tortoiseshell pickguard and chome/nickel hardware to create a breathtaking instrument with timeless aesthetics.
Other premium features include '60-style Oval "C" back-shape, contoured heel, 9.5" to 12" compound radius, 22 narrow tall (6105) frets, 5-way switch, modern locking staggered tuning machines, bone nut, wing string tree with tall metal spacer, deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
