Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Gibson Custom Shop is the pinnacle of craftsmanship, quality, and sound excellence with each instrument celebrating Gibson's legacy.
The Gibson Custom Shop's limited run of Dealer Select Greatest Hits guitars are a combination of new concepts and recreating classic sought after Gibson Custom Shop guitars built with unique designs.
This unique SG Custom features a gloss TV White finish over it's mahogany body and neck. The neck is a 1961 Authentic Thin D-Shape profile, black neck binding, a rosewood fingerboard, Jescar medium jumbo frets, white side dots, aged cellulose trapezoid inlays, and nylon reissue nut. Rounding out the instrument is nickel hardware, Kluson Deluxe SD90SLN-DRSL tuners, ABR-1 Historic Reissue bridge and stop bar, 61 SG Standard True Historic black pickguard, and black top hat knobs with silver inserts. The pickups are Aged Rhythm Custom Buckers.
