Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The Custom Shop 000-18 makes it easier than ever to get your hands on a handcrafted Martin built with premium tonewoods. With a solid Adirondack spruce top and genuine mahogany back and sides, this short-scale Auditorium model offers warm, articulate tone with exceptional clarity. It features hand-shaped Golden Era scalloped bracing and a dovetail neck joint for vintage-inspired resonance and response. The 000 body is equally at home with fingerpicking, strumming, or recording, and the faux tortoise binding adds a refined, custom touch. Designed to bring Custom Shop quality to more players, this special model is ready when you are—no need to start from scratch. For those seeking an heirloom-level guitar within reach, the Custom Shop 000-18 delivers.
Note: After close inspection, this instrument has some scratching on the bridge and an impression/scuff on the back of the body. (See pics, light reflection used to show wear)
