Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

With its iconic offset body shape and rich harmonic character, the Squier® Jazzmaster® XII encourages the most adventurous players to chart a new course of guitar exploration. Featuring dual Fender-Designed alnico single-coil Jazzmaster pickups with 3-way switching and a vintage-inspired “hockey stick” headstock design, this 12-string model doubles down on chime-y tones and timeless style. Other player-friendly details include a graphite-reinforced “C”-shape neck for optimal stability and easy playability, a hybrid string-through-body/top-load bridge for reliable intonation, vintage-style tuning machines for smooth tuning action, and a gloss neck finish for a slick yet confident feel.
