Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Trickfish Amplification L112
Designing an exceptionally great-sounding 1×12 cabinet like the TF112 sets a high bar for any successor. The L112 was engineered to match the TF112’s rich, deep, and responsive tone, while shedding weight to earn its place in the lightweight L Series lineup. After extensive refinements, Trickfish is proud to say they nailed it: the L112 delivers all the immediacy, punch, and depth of the acclaimed TF112, but thanks to innovative lightweight construction, it weighs only 29 lbs.
Unlike other cabinets in the L Series, which utilize three-way crossover switches, the L112 retains the rotary high-frequency attenuator found in the original TF series, providing players with precise and seamless control over their treble response.
With a classic vintage-style grille cloth and rugged sharkskin vinyl tolex, the L112 combines timeless aesthetics with road-ready durability. It’s the perfect fusion of portability, performance, and versatility for today’s discerning player.
