Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Description
This Alien Audio Lunar Double P 5-String is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light play wear. This is a used instrument, so it may have minor finish scratching and minor playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

Professional musician Charles “Chopper” Anderson founded Alien Audio in 2007 after years of working with his friend and electronics inventor Mo West to design “the bass player’s bass.” The goal was to create an instrument that combined beauty, balance and sound versatility.
This custom 5-string bass features a mahogany body, a mahogany neck, pau ferro fingerboard, hipshot ultralite tuners, two P-bass pickups, and Alien Audio's BP2-FX 3-Band EQ and overdrive preamp.
Controls on the preamp:
- Top Large Knob: Master Tone (Vintage/HIFI Push/Pull)
- Middle Large Knob: Balance
- Bottom Large Knob: Master Volume (Overdrive Push/Pull)
- Top Small Knob: Treble
- Middle Small Knob: Mid
- Bottom Small Knob: Bass
Note: After close inspection, this instrument has scratching/scuffing and impressions. (See pics)
For this item, returns accepted within 3 days of receiving merchandise. For any returns other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods, the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. Empire Music reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
