Description

This Fender Custom Shop Artisan Spalted Maple Telecaster is in VERY GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in very good shape but does show wear/blemishes in places. This is a used instrument, so it will have finish scratching and playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

The eye-catching Artisan Spalted Maple Tele combines an intriguing design with flagship playability and tone from the Fender Custom Shop. The Artisan Spalted Maple Tele captures the senses by flaunting a roasted alder body and a spalted maple top that gives it a gorgeous façade, coupled with a shimmering resonance. Topped off with a 4A roasted flame maple neck with a Macassar ebony fingerboard, you have a cunning combination of tonewoods that entice the eyes and ears alike.

Other features include a NOS lacquer finish, “’63 C”-shaped neck profile, 9.5”-12” compound-radius fingerboard, 21 6105 frets, hand-wound Custom Shop Loaded Nocaster® pickups, 3-way switching, Fat ‘50s Tele wiring, gold anodized pickguard, RSD Tele bridge with compensated brass saddles, vintage-style tuning machines with Fender logo, bone nut, and wing string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap, and Certificate of Authenticity.

Note: After close inspection, this instrument has finish scratching throughout, scratching/wear on hardware, chips on the bottom and low E string side edges, and a couple of chips on the back of the neck in the middle and below the headstock (See pics)
