- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

This Fender Eric Johnson Stratocaster is in VERY GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in very good shape but does show wear/blemishes in places. See below for a detailed description. It has been thoroughly inspected, set up nicely and guaranteed to play great when it arrives.

SIDE(S): Finish scratching throughout high E string side.
NECK: Gloss has been worn down on back of neck.
NECK POCKET: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
FINGERBOARD: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
FRETS: Little to no visible wear. No grooves or divots.
HEADSTOCK: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
HARDWARE: Intact and working properly.

In 2020, for the first time, Eric's 1954 Virginia Stratocaster will be replicated by both Fender Custom Shop and the Fender Corona Production line in limited numbers. With its rare rift/quartersawn sassafras body, lacquer finish, custom wiring and more, the Eric Johnson 1954 Virginia Stratocaster will thrill players and collectors alike with its distinctive look and exceptional tone.
