Used Hamer Eclipse (1995) - Cherry Transparent #40041 with Original Hard Case

This Hamer Newport is in VERY GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in very good shape but does show wear/blemishes in places. This is a used instrument, so it will have finish scratching and playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

Hamer Guitars was co-founded by Paul Hamer and Jol Dantzig in 1976. In the early 1970s, the two were partners in Northern Prairie Music, a Chicago-based store that specialized in stringed instrument repair and used guitars. Considered by many to be one of the first "boutique" custom vintage-style brands, these quality American made instruments were beautifully crafted with premium tonewoods and parts.

This 1995 New Hartford, Connecticut built Eclipse features a solid mahogany body, set mahogany neck, 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, Schaller tuners, a Wilkinson wraparound bridge, and a set of Lollar Firebird mini-humbucker pickups.
