Used L.E.H. Tim Lefebvre Offset 5 - Olympic White #137 with Hard Case

This L.E.H. Tim Lefebvre Offset 5 is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light play wear. This is a used instrument, so it may have minor finish scratching and minor playwear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description. All used models receive a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping.

The Offset is the original bass first built by L.E.H. Designed with balance in mind, the body shape has an exaggerated offset at the waist, keeping the center of gravity right where you want it. To further enhance the instrument's balance and resonance, there are weight reducing chambers in the neck side of the body only. 

About Tim Lefebvre - 

Throughout his wide-ranging career, Tim has amassed a reputation for being one of the world’s most innovative bassists. The Foxboro-native’s creative playing style is an addictive blend of vintage rock, improvisation, soundtrack undertones, and electronic grooves that can be heard on his appearances on over 150 recordings, ranging from Grammy award-winning albums such as David Bowie’s Blackstar to the soundtracks of classic films such as The Departed and Ocean's 12.  From 2013 to 2018, Lefebvre was the bassist of the dynamic blues rock ensemble Tedeschi Trucks Band, and he can be heard on their three most recent releases, Let Me Get By (2016), Live From The Fox Oakland (2017), and Signs (2019). 

Note: After close inspection, this instrument has sanding on the fretboard edges and pickguard scratching. Currently strung with flatwound strings. (See pics)
